4 chicken breasts
4 slices ham
4 slices cheese
4 skewers
1 egg, beaten
breadcrumbs
salt, pepper,
oil for coating |

Slice through the middle of each chicken breast without cutting to the end. Slide a slice of ham and a slice of cheese into each breast. Fasten with skewers. Mix breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts into the egg, then toss in seasoned breadcrumbs. Coat a baking tray with oil and place chicken breast on tray. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
