German Potato Salad

1 kg medium sized potatoes
4 eggs
3 onions, chopped
2 large pickles, chopped
radishes, chopped

Sauce:
150 g mayonnaise
3 tsp mustard
1 tsp sugar
milk
brine from pickle jar

Boil potatoes until soft, peel, cool and cut into slices. Hard-boil eggs and cut into slices. Combine potatoes, eggs, onions, pickles and radishes.

To make sauce mix mayonnaise, mustard and sugar. Add milk and brine until taste and consistency is to your liking.

Serves 6
