Chicken Paprika

2 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, chopped
8 chicken legs
1 tbsp sweet paprika
450g tomatoes, fresh or frozen
250ml strong chicken stock
salt, pepper
100ml sour cream

Preheat oven to 190°C.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan and cook onions until tender. Add paprika, thawed tomatoes, stock, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Place chicken legs in a single layer onto a baking tray that has been coated with the remaining oil. Pour sauce over chicken legs, cover and bake for 20 minutes, remove cover and bake for a further 30 minutes.
