8 chicken legs
1 egg, beaten
salt, pepper
½ cup chopped almonds
2½ cups mixed grated cheeses |

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix beaten egg with salt and pepper. Dip chicken legs into the egg, then toss in combined almonds and cheeses. Coat a baking tray with oil and place chicken legs on tray. Bake for 40 minutes.
